Job Title: 3D Modeler & Architectural Visualizer

We are a growing architecture firm focused on delivering high-quality design and compelling visual storytelling. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented 3D Modeler & Visualizer who can bring architectural concepts to life through realistic and aspirational visuals.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings and concepts
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations
- Collaborate with architects and designers to refine concepts
- Create walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals (preferred)
- Ensure timely delivery of visual content aligned with project requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with visualization/rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, D5, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar)
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, and composition




- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and design principles
- Ability to interpret design concepts creatively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and visualization work
- Familiarity with Photoshop or post-processing tools
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
