Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities for snacks, beverages, and vending products
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order updates, and deliveries
- Support inventory tracking and stock planning activities
- Maintain product and purchase records in Excel
- Help monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock availability
- Support merchandising activities and product placement planning
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, stock, and purchasing
- Assist senior team members in vendor management and category planning
- Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and internal departments
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn procurement and merchandising processes
- Basic analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Fresher from any stream (B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA Fresher preferred)
- Strong interest in Buying, Merchandising, Retail, or Supply Chain roles
- Internship or project experience in retail/FMCG will be an added advantage
