Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders (government & private) related to digital marketing and social media services
- Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & financial proposals)
- Handle end-to-end tendering process including registration, documentation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs and pricing
- Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, and results
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Communicate with clients/agencies regarding clarifications and updates

Requirements:




- 1-3 years of experience in tender management (preferably in digital marketing/agency domain)
- Knowledge of GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and bidding processes
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Location:
On-site - Patliputra Colony, Patna

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
