Role Overview

The incumbent will act as a key enabler for technology-driven efficiency in project execution, finance, CRM, purchase, and site operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware across head office and project sites.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment at offices and construction sites.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mínimal downtime.

ERP & Business Applications
- Manage ERP systems used for real estate operations including projects, procurement, billing, CRM, and finance modules.
- Ensure accurate data entry, system updates, and user access control across departments.




- Coordinate with vendors for ERP customization, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Support users in day-to-day ERP operations and provide training where required.
- Ensure integration of project, purchase, finance, and CRM data within ERP systems.

Software & Digital Systems Support
- Evaluate, implement, and support current software solutions for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and software providers for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all licensed software and tools used across departments.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Implement IT security policies, data protection measures, and access control systems.
- Ensure backup, recovery, and data protection protocols are followed.
- Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
