Job Summary:
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Social Media Marketing (SMM) and paid marketing campaigns for multiple clients and brands
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
- Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI and conversions
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies and establish measurable KPIs
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to Team Leads and management
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Communicate with clients to understand campaign goals and ensure flawless execution
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,



ad technologies, and platform updates
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for campaign success
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining quality and performance standards

Technical Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Robust understanding of Performance Marketing and Paid Media strategies
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key performance metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in an agency environment
- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer
