We Are Hiring: Data Engineer - Lead (Microsoft Fabric Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, PySpark, and Data Engineering to design and build scalable enterprise data platforms and modern lakehouse architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) using Microsoft Fabric
- Build ingestion, transformation, and validation frameworks using Fabric Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouse, and Warehouse
- Develop high-performance analytical datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics
- Ensure data quality, monitoring, security, logging, and error handling frameworks




- Conduct technical design reviews and mentor engineering teams
- Collaborate with Architects, BI, QA, and AI/ML teams for end-to-end solution delivery

Required Skills:

- Power BI Integration
- Advanced SQL, Python, and PySpark expertise
- Strong understanding of Delta Tables, Data Modeling, Star Schema, Facts & Dimensions
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Release Management
- Experience leading technical teams and offshore/onshore coordination

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, and Microsoft Purview
- Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, CRO, or Clinical Research
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
