Position: Fashion Intern
Location: Bhiwandi

Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchandising & Sourcing Coordination
- Work closely with global and domestic vendors to source fabrics, trims, and finished garments.
- Understand and execute tech packs, sampling, pricing, and bulk production orders.
- Ensure smooth communication between buyers, designers, suppliers, and factories.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers for cost-effective and high-quality production.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and production schedules with suppliers.
- Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and production updates.

3. Sampling & Product Development
- Coordinate sample development as per buyer specifications and ensure timely approvals.
- Track sample fit, quality checks, and modifications before final approvals.
- Maintain sample library and supplier database for reference and future projects.

Order Management & Execution
- Manage the end-to-end execution of orders from PO confirmation to final dispatch.
- Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipment documentation.
- Work closely with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Keep up with global fashion trends, fabric innovations, and industry developments in intimate wear and activewear.
- Provide market insights to help clients make informed sourcing decisions.

6. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain order trackers, cost sheets, and production reports for internal and client review.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sourcing activities, vendor performance, and shipment status.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
