Job Title: Application Engineer - Personal Auto

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D; and product development teams to optimize products based on customer and market needs.
- Support new product introductions, trials, and commercialization activities.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging customer requirements in the personal automotive market.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training for our applicators, convertors etc.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and customer-facing environments.




- Experience in product testing, validation, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive market requirements, specifications, and customer expectations.
- Experience working directly with OEMs, converters, or automotive component manufacturers.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
