Job Description - Real Estate Field Sales Executive

Position: Real Estate Field Sales Executive

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

Meet prospective buyers and explain property features and pricing.

Schedule and conduct property site visits.

Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Prior real estate sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
