Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain project details (plots, villas, apartments) clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits for interested clients
- Follow up regularly with leads via calls/WhatsApp
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
- 0-2 years experience in telecalling / telesales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English & local language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Target-oriented mindset
