Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain proper storage of materials to ensure safety and prevent damage or loss
- Keep accurate records of stock, including receipts, issues, and balances
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or reorder requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth material flow
- Maintain records in ERP/system or manual registers as applicable
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
