Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering queries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations & Sales: Supporting daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and achieving sales targets.
- Inventory Control: Assisting with receiving, unpacking, restocking, and organizing inventory and displays.
- Learning & Development: Participating in training programs to learn company policies, merchandising, and staff management.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,021.77 - ₹18,408.89 per month
