We’re Hiring - Service Captain (Restaurant)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day floor operations:
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Train and guide stewards and junior staff
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service quality at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (restaurant/hospitality)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities and team management ability
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Salary: As per experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
