Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, brownies, tea cakes, and desserts
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Handle daily production efficiently
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness (FSSAI standards)
- Assist in basic decoration and finishing of cakes
- Manage inventory and prep requirements
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in bakery / cake production
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for quality
