Job Title: Sales Trainee

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads of potential sellers/brands looking to expand or optimize their presence on B2C marketplaces
- Pitch account management services including onboarding, cataloging, advertising, operations, and performance optimization
- Understand client requirements and customize service offerings accordingly
- Conduct meetings (virtual/physical) and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain solid relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Stay updated with trends and changes in major marketplaces to enhance sales pitches

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field




- 1-4 years of experience in sales (preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace services)
- Strong understanding of B2C marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable

Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling digital marketing or e-commerce services
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels and processes
- Strong networking and lead generation skills
