Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and deliveries:
- Provide accurate information about products, policies, and order status:
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, operations) for issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick turnaround time
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently
