Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing daily cafeteria operations in an IT/ITES office environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service while coordinating with vendors and maintaining a pleasant dining experience for employees.
- Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with food vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of food items.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of food and beverage supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle employee feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Food Services (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
