Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced US Bench Sales Recruiters with solid knowledge of the US IT staffing market. The role involves marketing bench consultants, submitting profiles to client requirements, and closing positions with US clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market IT consultants on bench to vendors and clients
- Submit profiles to daily US requirements
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and contracts
- Coordinate interviews and ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Regularly update consultant and requirement data

Requirements:




- 3-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of placements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently

Preferred Skills:
- Existing vendor network
- Experience with ATS tools and job portals

Shift: US Night Shift

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
