Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products or services to customers
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups:
- Maintain call records and customer details:
- Handle customer questions and provide information
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi preferred):
- Basic computer knowledge:
- Ability to convince and interact with customers
- Valuable listening and problem-solving skills:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho CRM (optional)
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
