Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Examine patients, take medical history, and diagnose illnesses.
- Prescribe medicines and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as required.
- Provide emergency medical care when required.
Clinical Duties
- Perform routine check-ups and ward rounds.
- Assist senior doctors/consultants in patient management.
- Handle OPD and IPD patients efficiently.
- Interpret lab reports, X-rays, and diagnostic results.
Emergency Management
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS).
- Coordinate with ICU/critical care team when required.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and case sheets.
- Ensure proper documentation as per NABH standards.
- Follow hospital protocols, guidelines, and legal requirements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments.
- Refer patients to specialists when needed.
- Communicate patient condition clearly to relatives.
Infection Control & Safety
- Follow infection control practices and biomedical waste management.
- Ensure patient safety and quality care standards.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: MBBS (Recognized University)
- Registration: Valid State Medical Council Registration
- Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply; hospital experience preferred)
