Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity takeoff from drawings and site measurements

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Verify contractor bills and prepare client bills

Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontract works

Monitor project quantities, variations, and cost control

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and billing teams

Maintain records of quantities, measurements, and project documents

Assist in tendering and estimation work

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience in quantity surveying / quantity engineering / billing

Good knowledge of construction drawings and estimation

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/estimation software





Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team and flexibility to travel out station based on project needs.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, and bar bending schedule

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects and interior projects.

Familiarity with contracts and tender documents

Experience:
3 + years preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
