About the Job

We are looking for a smart, active manufacturing and sales assistant to help run our uniform business. You will work directly with the owner to learn the business, find new clients, and make sure our factory runs smoothly.

You do not need any past experience in this field We just want someone who learns fast, follows instructions well, and has a positive attitude.

What You Will Do
- Find Clients: Use the IndiaMART website to find and talk to new customers.
- Work with Suppliers: Talk to the people who sell us raw materials and travel to meet them across Mumbai.
- Manage Stock: Keep a daily count of our inventory and supplies.
- Check Quality: Check the work in progress and finished uniforms at the factory to make sure they look positive and have no mistakes.
- Site Coordination: Alternate your schedule between the Andheri office and the Bhiwandi factory to keep everything connected.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: None needed Freshers are welcome.
- Attitude: You must be a quick learner, happy to follow instructions, and ready to shadow the owner.
- Languages:



Good at speaking both English and Hindi.
- Computer Skills: You should know how to use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- AI Skills: You should know how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to make your work easier.

Important: Mandatory Travel Requirement
- Please read carefully before applying. _
- Split Locations: Your work days will be actively divided between our main office in Andheri East and our manufacturing factory in Bhiwandi.
- Local Travel: You must be willing and able to travel to Bhiwandi regularly. You must also be willing to travel to different parts of Mumbai to meet with raw material suppliers. If you are unable or unwilling to handle this local travel, please do not apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
