Core Responsibilities
- Analytical Testing: Perform physical and chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods (e.g., pH levels, viscosity, active matter in detergents, and moisture content in snacks).
- Instrumentation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, Spectrophotometers, and pH meters to ensure high-precision results.
- Batch Certification: Review batch manufacturing records and provide "Pass/Fail" clearance before products move to the packaging stage.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all tests performed, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Stability Studies: Conduct shelf-life testing to monitor product behavior over time under various environmental conditions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of any batch deviations and suggest corrective actions to the production team to minimize waste.
