Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection moulding and blow moulding machines as per production plans and product

specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to achieve optimal molding results.
- Monitor and control injection molding processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections of molded parts to identify defects or issues and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform mold changes, setups, and tooling adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or molding issues to minimize downtime and maintain production

targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the injection molding area and workstations.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on injection molding machines to ensure

optimal performance.




- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Record production data, including cycle times, scrap rates, and machine downtime, and report to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor junior operators to improve their skills and knowledge in injection molding processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
