Key Responsibilities:
English Language Training
- Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes
- Improve students’ pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and grammar
- Train students for interviews, group discussions, and public speaking
- Help students develop aviation-specific communication skills

Personality Development (PD)
- Build confidence, self-presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Train students in body language, attitude, and professional behavior
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and presentation sessions
- Motivate and mentor students for aviation careers

Grooming & Etiquette Training
- Train students in aviation grooming standards (appearance, posture, hygiene)
- Teach professional etiquette, manners, and workplace conduct
- Guide students on uniform standards, makeup basics, and hair grooming (aviation-focused)




- Instill discipline, punctuality, and customer service mindset

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain training records and student performance reports
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and academy events
- Support students in placement preparation

Eligibility Criteria:
- Certification or experience in Personality Development / Soft Skills / Grooming preferred
- Aviation training background will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
