Position: Jr. Legal Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

No of Positions: 1

Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in law, LLB, LLM.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid real estate license (if required by state law).

Responsibilities:
- Working in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise on legal transactions.
- Parcha related Matters
- Land Acquisition and Aggregation
- Working closely with WB Govt. Registry Office.
- Preparing Valuation Sheet before Final Registration.
- Helping client for smoothly payment of Stamp Duty and Registration Charges through WB Govt. Official Link.
- Deed documentation (Bengali & English) for Real Estate Projects, Sale Deed, Agreement, V etc.

Visit different office and department for collect permission from authority.
