Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Ensure proper product display as per VM guidelines
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Follow company policies and operational procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Customer-oriented approach
- Sales-driven and target-focused




- Presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS
- Team player with positive attitude

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers with positive communication skills can apply)
