Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve Conbun’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency in colors, typography, layout, and communication style.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams.

2. Digital Creative Development
- Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design engaging content for product launches and marketing campaigns.

3. Content & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign visuals.
- Translate marketing briefs into impactful designs.
- Assist in visual storytelling for brand campaigns and product promotions.

4. Offline & Marketing Collaterals
- Design packaging, brochures, flyers, event materials, and other print assets.




- Ensure high-quality output for print production.

5. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers, performance marketers, and social media managers.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or agencies when required.
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools is a plus.
- Positive understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing requirements.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (experience in D2C or pet
