Job Overview:
Eden Critical Hospital is looking for a Security Supervisor with a background as an Ex-Serviceman to oversee and manage the security operations of the hospital. The individual should have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of security protocols, and the ability to work in a high-stress setting while ensuring the safety and security of all hospital staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall security operations of the hospital, ensuring the safety and protection of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Manage and lead a team of security guards and other personnel, providing direction, guidance, and training as necessary.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the hospital premises to ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
- Monitor surveillance systems, and ensure that all security protocols are followed.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Enforce hospital rules and regulations regarding access control,



parking, visitor management, and the proper conduct of all individuals within the premises.
- Develop and implement emergency evacuation plans and drills.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct investigations of any incidents that occur on hospital premises, and prepare detailed reports for hospital management.
- Maintain and update daily security logs and shift handover reports.
- Ensure proper training and orientation for all security personnel and maintain their professional conduct.
- Monitor and manage the hospital’s security budget for equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th standard. Degree/Diploma in Security Management or related field is a plus.
