You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist clients in identifying their property requirements and provide suitable options.
- Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with local property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and builders for listings.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
