Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage real estate leads (inbound & outbound):
- Make regular follow-up calls to prospective clients
- Convert leads into site visits and closures
- Coordinate between clients and sales managers
- Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
- Provide complete project information to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure

Required Skills:
- Experience in real estate sales or lead handling:
- Strong communication and convincing skills




- Ability to convert leads into sales
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
- Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude
- Good negotiation skills

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Performance-based bonus as per lead conversion and sales closure

Qualification:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
