Job Title: Land Acquisition Specialist
Location: Uttar Pradesh (UP), India
Experience Required: 5-8 years (experience in land acquisition, preferably for infrastructure, renewable energy, or large projects)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable land parcels based on project requirements and feasibility.
- Conduct land due diligence including title verification, encumbrance checks, and documentation review.
- Liaise with landowners, local authorities, and government bodies for land acquisition processes.
- Negotiate land purchase/lease agreements and facilitate closure.
- Coordinate surveys, demarcation, and land measurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, land laws, and statutory approvals.
- Manage documentation, records, and legal coordination for land transactions.
- Resolve land-related issues, disputes, and stakeholder concerns.
- Support project teams in securing right-of-way (ROW) and necessary permits.
- Provide regular updates on land acquisition status, risks, and timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, Real Estate, Rural Development, or related field preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in land acquisition or land management.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, revenue procedures, and regulatory requirements in Uttar Pradesh.
- Experience in negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with land records, documentation, and due diligence processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with local communities and government officials.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or transmission projects.
- Knowledge of GIS, land mapping, or survey coordination.
- Exposure to legal documentation and contract processes.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
