Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Jaipur. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students in the admissions process, provide guidance on educational programs, and answer inquiries related to admissions. The role involves building strong interpersonal relationships with prospective students, offering personalized advice, and actively working toward enrollment targets.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and their families
- Customer Service experience to maintain a supportive and responsive experience throughout the admissions process
- Sales skills to guide students towards enrollment while building meaningful relationships
- Understanding of the Education domain to provide accurate and comprehensive guidance
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; prior experience in admissions or counseling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
