The Area Controller acts as a finance business partner responsible for financial planning, controlling, and performance analysis, supporting business decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis.

How you create impact
- Act as a finance business partner and provide controlling support to the business, serving as a strong backup to the Sea Controller.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and realistic financial planning.




- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Challenge business assumptions and drive data-based decision-making through robust analytical insights.
- Collaborate with global and national stakeholders, influencing outcomes through financial expertise and effective communication.
- Develop financial models and reports using advanced Excel to enhance performance visibility.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide solution-oriented financial support to operational and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; CA / CMA / CPA or MBA from reputable institutions preferred.
- 5-8 years’ experience in FP&A;, financial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Industry background open; preference for manufacturing or services environmen
