This role exists to build high quality, social-first video content that people don’t skip, don’t mute, and actually share. We’re looking for editors who understand the internet’s pace, the language of short form, and the difference between _noise_ and _taste_.

If you love social media formats, trends, hooks, and storytelling this is your lane.

What you will own
- Own short form video from idea → edit → publish ready formats
- Shape social content for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, Web
- Turn raw footage, stock, and loose ideas into high retention edits
- Use motion graphics and typography to add meaning (not clutter)
- Build repeatable visual styles for brands
- Work with strategists and designers to craft narrative led content
- Maintain clean aesthetics and visual consistency
- Ship often. Ship sharp.

- Platform sense:you understand what works where and why
- Taste:you have good taste in Netflix series
