EIC Apprentice - Valuations and Advisory
Job Description Summary

Job Summary:
The key responsibilities include:
- Conducting technical due diligence and lender’s engineering assignments
- Carrying out physical site visits to gather primary information and monitor project progress
- Reviewing project timelines, budgets, and costs, and highlighting variances between planned and actual progress
- Evaluating project risk parameters and preparing structured reports
- Reviewing approvals, statutory compliances, and construction documentation
- Preparing and assessing detailed project cost estimates, schedules, BOQs/BBS, etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants during assignments
- Ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to defined processes
- Supporting account management during the assignment lifecycle
- Demonstrating awareness of environmental, safety, and quality standards at construction sites

Qualifications & Experience:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience




- Freshers from reputed/premium engineering colleges preferred
- Alternatively, 1 year of site experience with a developer or consultant will be an advantage
- Experience or exposure to the Indian real estate sector preferred

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Project management and organizational skills
- Team player with effective coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (basic to advanced)
- Working knowledge of MSP / Primavera
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to comprehend and interpret complex technical and business documents
- Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
