Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare clash reports.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Manage and update federated models.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve coordination issues.
- Review and validate drawings and models before submission.
- Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Conduct coordination meetings and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely project delivery with high accuracy.
