WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
This role is based in the Enterprise Technology Center of Excellence (ET CoE),



part of Bain’s broader "Data & Technology" umbrella within the BCN. The Enterprise Technology CoE provides specialized support on Tech Strategy, Transformation, and Roadmap projects for Bain clients across industries. The ET CoE team acts as the analytical and delivery arm of Bain’s ET Practice, providing expertise in:
- Building and deploying Enterprise Technology diagnostics
- Delivering core technology products for consulting teams
- Working directly with clients to support technology transformations
- Integrating recent and emerging technologies such as AI and automation into diagnostics

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Map and analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Lead or support process redesign efforts to define optimized, scalable, and sustainable "future-state" workflows.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks
