Junior Resident Doctor - Job Description

Job Summary:
The Senior Resident Doctor is responsible for providing advanced patient care, supporting consultants, supervising junior residents, and participating in academic activities within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage patients as per specialty
- Assist in procedures and surgeries
- Conduct ward rounds and handle emergencies
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Supervise and guide junior doctors and interns
- Participate in teaching and departmental meetings

Requirements:
- BUMS/BAMS/BHMS/MBBS in relevant specialty
- Valid medical council registration
- Solid clinical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in shifts
