Key Responsibilities -Manage complete shift-wise production operations of Phosphoric Acid and MCP plant -Operate and monitor major equipment such as Horizontal Belt Filter, Evaporators, Heat Exchangers, and Cooling Towers -Monitor and control process parameters through PLC/DCS systems as per SOP -Ensure achievement of shift production targets with optimum efficiency -Perform production calculations and prepare shift-wise reports -Manage manpower deployment and discipline during shifts -Maintain accurate equipment and process log sheets -Coordinate safe handover of equipment to maintenance as per PTW procedures -Ensure protected restart of equipment after maintenance checks -Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards -Conduct risk assessments and participate in optimization trials -Suggest process improvements to reduce cost and improve production rates -Maintain effective coordination with maintenance, quality, and utility departments
