Job Title - Academic Associate

Position Description:
1. Academic Content Development:
Develop high-quality academic content including:
▪ Textbooks and modules

▪ Test papers and question banks

▪ Assignments and worksheets

▪ PPTs and teaching aids

Ensure content accuracy, conceptual clarity, and alignment with:
▪ School curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards)

▪ Foundation, JEE, and NEET standards (as applicable)

Review, edit, and improve existing academic materials.

Coordinate with design and review teams for timely completion of deliverables.

2. Teaching & Classroom Delivery

Conduct classroom or online teaching sessions as a faculty member.

Deliver conceptually strong, student-friendly lectures.

Support doubt-solving, revision sessions, and assessments.

Adapt teaching methods based on student level and learning outcomes.

3. Academic Leadership & Execution

Lead and coordinate a small academic team for content or teaching tasks.

Assign work, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.





Maintain academic discipline and quality benchmarks within the team.

Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Academic Manager.

4. Academic Outreach & Seminars

Plan and deliver seminars, orientations, and demo sessions to promote SpeedLabs

Foundation Programs.

Communicate program structure, benefits, and academic vision effectively to

students and parents.

Act as an academic representative of SpeedLabs during events and school interactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
