Job Description:
1. Project Assessment & Scope Definition:
- Assess project requirements from a process standpoint and break down requirements into detailed engineering tasks
- Work with the Project Manager to define scope, identify deliverables, and estimate effort and timelines
- Identify changes in project scope and communicate additional service needs promptly

2.Process Design, Documentation & Problem Solving:
- Review, correct, and update design documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop effective solutions to technical and design challenges
- Ensure all drawings and documents meet internal quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory norms

3.Concept Development & Basis of Design (BOD):
- Develop conceptual and preliminary “Basis of Design” packages based on client discussions and project requirements
- Create conceptual ideas to support proposal development and client presentations

4.Technical Expertise & Compliance:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (GMP, Safety, Environmental, etc.)




- Provide comprehensive guidance on layout development, cleanroom compliance, and process safety standards
- Review Basic Process / URS packages provided by clients and ensure alignment with project objectives

5.Process Engineering Deliverables:
- Develop Block Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and utility flow diagrams
- Conduct equipment research and selection from vendor catalogs
- Prepare Process Data Sheets for fabricated and bought‑out equipment (Reactors, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, etc.)
- Perform process calculations including
- Pipe sizing (liquid, steam, gas)
- Pump head calculation
- Vent sizing and nitrogen blanketing for storage tanks
- Develop control logic and interlock schemes for protected and efficient plant operation

6.Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
- Review supplier quotations and participate in technical discussions with bidders for equipment selection
- Review and approve vendo
