Greet and assist patients at reception, ensuring a skilled and welcoming experience.
- Handle patient registrations, maintain accurate records, and update clinic databases.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with doctors and therapists.
- Explain treatment packages, therapies, and wellness programs clearly to patients.
- Guide patients through enrollment processes, ensuring clarity on benefits, costs, and compliance.
- Motivate patients to adhere to prescribed therapies and lifestyle recommendations.
- Manage billing, settlements, and documentation in line with clinic policies.
- Ensure timely communication with patients regarding health camps, offers, and reminders.




- Collaborate with telecallers and clinic staff to maintain seamless patient engagement.
- Assist in compliance and audit documentation as required.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Empathetic and patient-centric approach.
- Ability to explain medical packages and treatments in simple, clear language.
- Ability to balance patient care with operational responsibilities.
