Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.:
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
- Track campaign performance and generate reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising
- Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Positive copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and engagement rate
- Lead generation through social campaigns
- Reach and impressions growth
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
