Job Summary

The System Support staff member is responsible for providing basic technical support for computers, networks, and software systems. The role ensures smooth daily IT operations by resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and assisting staff with system-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Provide support for Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Assist in resolving internet and network connectivity issues.
- Perform regular data backup as instructed.
- Maintain IT asset records and service logs.
- Respond to technical support requests and maintain helpdesk records.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
