Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate data capture, digital record management, and database maintenance to support administrative and operational functions. The role involves handling structured and unstructured data, maintaining electronic records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting departmental software systems and online portals.

Technical Requirements
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) in English and/or Hindi.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of database systems and online data entry portals.
- Familiarity with scanning and document digitization processes.

Data Management & Entry
- Perform bulk data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify source documents and cross-check entries to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain structured digital records as per data retention policies.

Job Types: Full time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹16,258.02 - ₹32,253.91 per month
