Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a a highly detail-oriented, analytical Marketing Performance Associate Intern to support marketing reporting, performance analysis, and marketing data operations for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina or Colombia. Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.

6-month internship program (with possible extension). You will own recurring reporting, proactively identify performance trends, and help optimize marketing tracking and measurement frameworks. This is a fully remote contractor position ideal for an early-career qualified looking to grow at the intersection of marketing analytics, performance reporting, and marketing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar data-focused role.




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets cannot act as a supplement for Excel), including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, conditional formatting, and visualizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, and system-based data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, troubleshoot issues, and ask questions.
- Interest in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or marketing technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own recurring weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to track leads, sales inquiries, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
- Analyze funnel conversion rates and identify performance gaps.
- Monitor website and campaign metrics to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
