You will be the primary point of contact for monitoring site conditions, managing resources, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and up to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Coordination: Visit project sites to assess current conditions, verify progress, and identify potential bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Timeline Management: Assist in creating project schedules and ensuring all stakeholders (vendors, contractors, and internal teams) meet their deadlines.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between the site team and management, providing daily or weekly status reports.
- Resource Tracking: Ensure that materials and equipment required for the site are ordered, delivered, and utilized efficiently.
- Quality Control:



Conduct basic inspections to ensure the work being done aligns with the project specifications and Selens Group’s standards.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address and escalate any site-related issues that might delay the project
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
