Role

We are looking for someone who can handle content end-to-end.

Not just plan it. Not just write about it.

We need someone who can think it, shoot it, create it, and publish it.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to work independently and drive content from idea to execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Develop reels, short-form videos, and static creatives

Shoot content during events, visits, and campaigns (often yourself)

Write captions, scripts, and campaign messaging





Coordinate and manage in-house shoots from concept to execution

Edit quick-turnaround videos and social-first content

Post and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

Track performance and refine content based on what works

What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing

Solid writing and storytelling ability

Comfortable shooting content on phone/camera and directing basic setups

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Understanding of how different platforms behave and what works where

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Work closely with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns

Stay updated with trends without losing brand relevance
