We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to drive and diversify our sea freight business in Eastern India. You will be responsible for achieving financial and volume targets, focusing on 100% field sales across all trade lanes for cross-vertical industries.

How you create impact
- Own and drive all sales activities, including preparing quotations, prospecting, and closing profitable customer deals.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Location (CCL) managers, pricing, and BD teams to align sales and pricing strategies.
- Monitor competition and market trends to inform business decisions.




- Report customer feedback and support resolution of issues in coordination with CCL teams.
- Maintain accurate customer information and review portfolios regularly.
- Enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high-quality service.

What we would like you to bring
- 5-7 years of experience in sea freight sales (field-based).
- Proven track record handling 80-100 FCL containers / 30-40 CBM per month.
- Experience across Eastern India, especially West Bengal; travel 1x per month to Odisha, Bihar, Northeast India.
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of all trade lanes and cross-vertical industries.
